By adding your voice to ours, you will help OCA

  • Provide education and information to our local, state and national elected officials, as well as Ohioans just like you
  • Recommend and assist in drafting legislation
  • Make sure legislators and community leaders know that you consider the arts a priority
  • Provide advocacy training materials and workshops across the state
  • Serve as the umbrella advocacy organization for other statewide arts groups

OCA maintains a year-round presence at the Statehouse. As a member, we will provide you with newsletters, updates, fax and e-mail alerts when its time to act, and a copy of the Ohio Legislative and Government Directory, as well as mailings and offering workshops. Whether you participate in or simply appreciate the arts, or whether youíre involved with a big organization or a small one, you can ensure that the arts flourish and that the arts are accessible to all Ohioans.
